2020 xiamen marathon race kit collection guide

Important Reminder:Before collecting the 2020 Jianfa Xiamen Marathon race pack, participants must first complete the online signing of the 'Participant Declaration'. Participants only need to bring their original ID documents, and after identity verification at the collection site, they can obtain a collection receipt. With this receipt, they can collect their personal race items.

2. Collection Location:Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center, Hall C2

(For reference only, subject to actual on-site arrangements)

Reminder:

Step 2:Bring the original ID document used during registration (domestic participants must use the second-generation ID card; participants from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan use the registered document; foreign participants use a passport);

Step 3:On-site identity verification, print the collection receipt;

Step 4:Go to the corresponding window to collect the race number bib (the large bib has a timing chip on the back, the small bib is for bag storage);

Step 5:Go to the corresponding window to collect the race T-shirt and gear bag according to the size on the receipt;

Step 6:Check the timing chip and leave the collection hall.

Reminder:

*Participants must bring their valid ID documents to the site and enter with their valid ID documents;

**The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse to issue race items to participants who do not submit the required materials or complete the necessary procedures as specified above.

After entering the online signing page,enter the ID document number used during registration and click 'Search', as shown below:

Step 2:Verify the participant's personal information on the collection confirmation form,click the 'Participant Signature' button

Step 3:Complete the signature as prompted,click 'Submit Electronic Signature', as shown below

2. After collecting race materials, you can visit the '4th China Marathon Expo'.

2. Rapid Transit Bus (BRT)

Recommended:Take the BRT Line 3 from Xiamen Station or BRT Line 6 from Xiamen North Station directly toQianpu Hub Station, and walk about 1 kilometer to Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center.

(2) Train/High-Speed Rail Station

1. Xiamen Station (about 8.2 kilometers from Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center):

Recommended Route 1:Take route 19 (get on at 'Train Station', get off at 'Convention Center Bus Station')

Recommended Route 2:Take BRT Line 3 or Line 7 at 'Train Station (BRT)', get off at 'Qianpu Hub Station (BRT)',and walk to the Convention Center (about 1000 meters).

2. Xiamen North Station (about 29.5 kilometers from Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center):

Recommended Route 1:Take Metro Line 1 at 'Xiamen North Station (Metro Station)', get off at 'Lvcuo (Metro Station)', walk 210 meters to 'Lvcuo Bus Station', and transfer to routes 109, 651, or 942 to 'Convention Center Bus Station';

Recommended Route 2:Take BRT Line 6 at 'Xiamen North Station (BRT)', get off at 'Qianpu Hub Station (BRT)',and walk to the Convention Center (about 1000 meters).

(3) Airport

1. Gaoqi AirportT3 (about 14.7 kilometers from Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center):

Recommended Route 1:Take route 37 at 'Gaoqi T3 Terminal Station', get off at 'Beida Biological Park Station', and transfer to routes 109, 651, or 942 to 'Convention Center Bus Station');

Recommended Route 2:Take the free airport shuttle to T4, and refer to the following instructions for the rest of the route.

2. Gaoqi Airport T4 (about 12.7 kilometers from Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center):

Recommended Route 1:Take BRT Line 5 or Line 6 at 'T4 Terminal Station (BRT)', get off at 'Qianpu Hub Station (BRT)',and walk to the Convention Center (about 1 kilometer).

Recommended Route 2:Walk to 'T4 Terminal Station' bus stop, take routes 641 or 948 to 'Convention Center Bus Station'.

(4) Metro

Recommended Route:Take Metro Line 2 and get off at 'Software Park Phase II Station',about 1.4 kilometers from the Convention Center.If taking Line 1, transfer to Line 2 at 'Lvcuo Station'.
