Because when you seriously review the past,

Every minute and every second was lived fully.

I started using Codoon on January 12, 2018, and ran my first marathon on November 11. Since then, I've participated in three half marathons, one quarter marathon, one 5K fun run, and one professional race on November 6. Codoon has witnessed my running journey, from less than a kilometer at the start to 10K, half marathons, and 24K. Step by step, I've come this far. I hope to keep breaking my limits in 2019, running faster and farther. Go me, the heaviest runner!
In the year 2018,

some achieved weight loss through exercise,
some found love on the race track,

In the last few kilometers of a marathon,
