big bust big problems? only it understands the pain of large chested girls

For women, the most indispensable gear during exercise is definitely a sports bra.

Research shows that lack of protection for the breasts during exercise can lead to breast sagging due to the vibrations. The impact, vibration, and damage to the breasts vary with the intensity of the exercise. Prolonged lack of breast support during exercise can potentially cause pectoral muscle tears.

Of course, the discomfort increases with the fullness of the breasts. Therefore, every woman with a proud bust is looking for a sports bra that truly provides support. However, we also know that the higher the support level of a sports bra, the higher its compression. Sports bras aim to provide control through compression, offering ideal properties during exercise but making women feel very tight and constricted when not exercising.

Is there a sports bra that can offer women excellent protection during exercise and allow them to breathe easily when not exercising?

Recently, a well-known sports brandReebok has developed the PureMove sports bra using advanced technology. This sports bra uses a material called Shear Thickening Fluid, which automatically adjusts based on the activity level. When at rest, it behaves like a liquid, but during exercise or high-speed movement, it hardens into a solid.

The idea is that during rest or leisure activities, the bra allows more movement, so the user doesn't always feel restricted. During exercise, when extra support is needed, the material tightens to provide the necessary support.

In 2005, a chemical engineer from the University of Delaware invented a new gel-like substance called Shear Thickening Fluid. It remains in a liquid state during rest or slow movement but turns solid during high-speed movement. Since then, it has been used in applications ranging from Kevlar bulletproof vests to NASA spacesuits. Reebok's designer Danielle Witek stumbled upon this technology while reading scientific journals. She had the idea to apply this material to sports bras. The process from initial contact with scientists to successful development took three years. Reebok calls this technology Motion Sensor Technology.

Unlike other sports bras on the market, the PureMove sports bra has a very simple design, using only seven pieces of fabric. It doesn't rely on a lot of straps and hooks for support, meaning fewer seams and less friction. Additionally, the fabric feels similar to the synthetic materials used in typical sports bras. The product's surface also has small holes to enhance breathability.

This product offers more size options than usual, ranging from XS to XL+, and is priced at $60. Reebok stated that they will monitor market reactions and consider applying this technology to other sportswear.

Are you, a lover of both sports and life, already tempted?
