even if no one is around you it is the final shield

If you are a regular viewer of F1 or a car enthusiast, you must be very familiar with the name McLaren. As a large conglomerate, McLaren brings together advanced high-tech companies, each contributing to the global reputation and prestige McLaren has built in the forefront of Formula 1 technology.

However, now, besides its outstanding performance in racing and high-end sports cars, the company is also focusing on a third area—applied technology.

Last year, McLaren was given a special task to create a new type of body armor—Invincible Shield, to protect a billionaire's fragile chest after surgery. The staff at McLaren set some goals for this shield: it needed to work discreetly under a shirt and be worn daily. The device is designed to protect the client's vital organs, including the heart and lungs.

The organ protection capability of the Invincible Shield mainly benefits from the materials used by McLaren. It uses a mixture of carbon fiber, Dyneema fiber, and ultra-strong fiber Zylon used in F1. When an accident occurs, it can effectively reduce the impact on the chest and rib area. The Invincible Shield has passed multiple impact tests and can remain intact even when heavy objects are directly dropped from above.

Dr. Adam Hill, Chief Medical Officer of McLaren Applied Technologies, stated: 'From digital therapeutics to personalized human-centric plans and custom medical devices, our goal is to innovate healthcare solutions tailored to individual patients. The common thread in all our projects is data; we use data to build a digital picture of patient execution or recovery, then create solutions, or help our users through the Invincible project.'

Now, this custom task is also open to more people seeking safe driving.

In the event of a car accident, the area near the fourth rib in the driver's chest often bears the greatest impact. The pads built into the triangular area of the Invincible Shield vest help cushion the impact, and the carbon fiber shield at the front effectively disperses the impact force, reducing damage to the heart and lungs. Invincible can play its role at the moment of impact.

Besides the carbon fiber shield at the front, the rest of the Invincible Shield vest is made of rubber and synthetic fiber materials. While having good elasticity, it also reduces the overall weight of the vest.

If you want to experience the thrill of driving while better protecting yourself, such a high-tech Invincible Shield is undoubtedly a product worth having. Even if you are alone, it can still be your last shield! It's quite amazing when you think about it; after all, if you can't afford a McLaren sports car, you can still afford McLaren armor!

However, although the Invincible Shield has been released, the specific price and release date have not yet been announced.
