The assessment began with me running on the treadmill while the coach observed me secretly. He said my running posture was problematic, with my body leaning too far forward and not using my core muscles.

I never do planks, and when I did it myself, my form was wrong—hips up, no abdominal engagement, and legs not together.
When I did it with the correct posture, I couldn't even hold it for 30 seconds.
Then I did a wall sit test to assess my lower body strength, which was also frustrating—I couldn't hold it for 30 seconds.
In short, due to long periods of inactivity, my fitness level was very poor.
However, the coach said that my desire to lose weight was very strong, and he was confident that I would see significant changes within these 100 days. The exercise plan has three stages: cardio, strength, and muscle building.
After finishing these two assessments over the weekend, I started following the plan on Monday.
First, the eating part.
I was supposed to eat only one egg and one steamed bun, but my mom was worried I wouldn't be full and made a lot more. I really had to restrain myself to eat only half.
And the 73 Meal Box—don't underestimate those 4 biscuits and 1 cup of fiber powder. I wasn't hungry all night. Honestly, it tasted great too.

Then, the exercise part.
In the first few days, I ran every night, gradually increasing from 2 kilometers to 3 kilometers, running for about 20 minutes.
