craft green label comfort fit top make running more stylish
Hello everyone, I am Mr. On the Road. I am honored to have the opportunity to review the CRAFT Green Label Comfortable Fit Shirt. I live in a region at 40 degrees north latitude, characterized by a typical continental monsoon climate, with temperatures ranging from -10°C to 10°C during the autumn, winter, and spring seasons. The CRAFT Green Label has brought me a unique experience.
In March 2017, I was still a typical overweight person, weighing 87 kilograms with a blood pressure of 110/140. I would be out of breath just putting on shoes. By chance, I signed up for the '21-Day Running Habit Formation' program, and gradually, running became an indispensable part of my weekly routine. Now, my weight is around 71 kilograms, and my blood pressure is 80/120. As my running demands increased, running gear became a crucial factor, whether it was running shoes or clothing. Through this review of the CRAFT Green Label, I believe CRAFT is the top choice for every runner.
First, let me share some knowledge about CRAFT. Swedish CRAFT is a sports underwear brand under the Swedish listed company New Wave Group. CRAFT is a sportswear brand with special functionalities, founded in Sweden in 1977. Today, CRAFT sports underwear is successfully used in a wide range of sports, such as football, basketball, running, orienteering, cycling, etc. CRAFT sports underwear has become an ideal part of a sportswear combination and ranks first in sales in Europe. The CRAFT Green Label is the top choice for our friends in regions with a continental monsoon climate. The following image will serve as a reference for choosing the Green Label.
Since the color of the review product is random, I received the gecko green CRAFT Green Label shirt, which gave me a refreshing visual impact. Especially when running on the main road, it adds a layer of safety and looks quite high-end. It also comes with a tag to verify its authenticity, which I personally checked, and it is undoubtedly genuine. This is something that none of my other sports gear has.
However, I must mention the unboxing experience. Such a high-end shirt being packaged in a plastic bag, as shown in the picture, feels a bit cheap. I suggest using a hard-shell box as the outer packaging.
1. The CRAFT Green Label shirt uses lightweight, stretchy material, fitting comfortably and allowing free movement. It features a white-green color-blocked weave, giving the shirt a dynamic and fashionable look.
2. The shirt is ergonomically cut and uses seamless stitching technology, reducing friction between the clothing and skin as well as between different parts of the clothing during exercise, thus better protecting the skin and the garment.
3. The armpit area of the shirt uses body heat technology with a mesh weave, which better wicks moisture and dissipates heat, preventing sweat accumulation and subsequent redness and chafing under the arms during exercise.
4. The cuffs and hem of the shirt feature multi-color weaving, enhancing its aesthetic appeal. They also have a cinching function, reducing discomfort caused by loose cuffs and hems, while effectively locking in warmth.
5. The sides of the shirt, from the armpits to the hem, use a pleated elastic weave, making the shirt fit better, more comfortable, and flexible.
I wore the shirt on the day I received it. Although I didn't exercise, its warmth was quite impressive, comparable to a thin sweater.
For a detailed explanation, here is my morning run training experience on January 16, 2018: the temperature that day ranged from 7°C to -4°C, and I only wore the CRAFT Green Label Comfortable Fit Shirt on my upper body.
After running 15 kilometers, I immediately did some stretching exercises and was soon drenched in sweat, but my body remained dry, and the shirt was still dry and comfortable, with no sweat accumulation under the arms, fully demonstrating its excellent heat dissipation performance.
The only area where sweat accumulated was the crook of the elbow. I suggest using mesh weave technology in this area.
During the nearly half-month review period, with exercise intensity ranging from low to medium and temperatures between 10°C and -5°C, you can wear only the CRAFT Green Label Comfortable Fit Shirt. For temperatures between -5°C and -10°C, I recommend wearing a base layer plus the CRAFT Green Label Comfortable Fit Shirt.
Unboxing Experience: 3 points
Aesthetics: 5 points
Comfort: 5 points
Functionality: 5 points
Through this review, I believe CRAFT is the top choice for every athlete. Its powerful performance cannot be fully described in just a few reviews. I recommend that everyone get a set and experience it for themselves; you will fall in love with it. Additionally, I have two suggestions: 1. As a high-end product, CRAFT can improve its packaging to make it more perfect; 2. The crook of the elbow area of the Green Label Comfortable Fit Shirt could use mesh weave technology to address local heat dissipation issues.
