Preparation: Choose location, visit location, inquire about setting up tents. Check routes, understand bus departure times. Discuss camping precautions, set time, prepare necessary items, borrow moisture-proof mats, tents, speakers, and dry the moisture-proof mats. Announce in the group in advance to notify everyone.
After planning the camping event for almost two weeks, it's finally starting! Everyone agreed to meet at the school gate at 5:40 PM on June 4. First, we took attendance according to the list, and after gathering, we took a group photo as usual. And off we went, happily!
Due to oversight, we didn't choose a good spot for setting up tents beforehand, causing everyone to run around several times. So sorry! After some walking and stopping, circling around, we finally decided on a campsite and started setting up the tents, feeling very excited. After all, we've never survived in the wild before. Special thanks to the friends who knew how to set up tents for their help.
After setting up the tents, friends from the cycling association rode all the way to see us, which was touching~ Due to a shortage of tents, we couldn't keep our good friends for long, especially since it was getting dark and the road was hard to navigate. But before they left, we had to take a group photo!
After the friends from the cycling association left, everyone sat in a circle and started the self-introduction session. We got to know each other, played games, ate snacks, took photos, and made memories.
After having fun and eating enough, it was time to get into the tents. Look, the lights are bright~ Some were sleeping, some were grilling skewers, some were playing cards, some were chatting, and so on... This made for a wonderful camping night. No photos of grilling skewers, no photos of playing cards because we were afraid of getting caught, and when friends were chatting all night, I was already asleep. It's dawn, time to pack up the tents. Although it's only a little after six, I just want to say it's really early.
The morning air, beautiful sunrise, sparkling dew, graceful wildflowers, and sleepy people. The white mist hasn't cleared yet, and we are about to leave.

Back at school, the tents need to be dried. Fortunately, the weather was on our side with a big sunny day. Thanks to the friends for their hard work.
Event Summary: Overall, the event was quite successful~ We made new friends and deepened old friendships. Haha, some even found their partners! It also highlighted the importance of our collective strength. However, there were some imperfections and some unnecessary efforts: checking bus routes and departure times in advance, but ended up taking a taxi. Didn't choose a good spot for setting up tents, didn't protect the borrowed speakers well, feeling a bit guilty. Next time, we will be more careful and decisive.
