Gaining ten kilograms a year has been my fate since2006,when I graduated from high school. Back then, I stepped on the pharmacy scale, and the needlepiu~piu~went past the halfway mark. I was scared to death and couldn't believe my eit's great.. I weighed myself three times, and my weight was88kg.That's right, converted to176jin. With a height of only165cm,I made up my mind to lose weight. I didn't want to wear men'sXXL,or men's34jeans. I didn't want to have to turn sideways when shopping, and I didn't want to hear the four words,"Not in your size""when trying on clothes. So, I started my weight loss journey.




At first, I didn't eat dinner and only ate fruit. I jumped rope for an hour every night, breaking a rope every four months on average. I kept this up for two years, though not every day. I rested during my period. I also bought various exercise equipment: an abdominal board, a yoga ball, a yoga mat, roller skates, and a hula hoop.




After two years, my friends and family said I had lost a lot of weight, but I was still afraid to weigh myself because I still felt fat. Until one day, I accidentally weighed myself and found that my weight was126kg!Oh my~I was shocked,126...meant I had lost fifty jin. I couldn't wait to tell my mom, and they were also surprised. But I didn't give up. I continued to lose weight and jump rope every day, from a regular counting rope to a steel wire rope.




In2014,10But the good times didn't last long. After about two weeks, my left knee started to hurt, and I couldn't run at all. I was limping even when walking. Going upstairs was okay, but going downstairs and squatting was very painful. I rested for a month and did nothing. I looked up information online about knee pain from running, such as incorrect running posture, not stretching before and after running, etc. I followed running blogs and WeChat accounts. After my knee healed, which took more than a month,




I started trying what I read online: walking fast to warm up before running, then slowly adjusting my running posture. That's right, since then, I haven't had any pain. Oh




yes,yesIn2015,I spent the whole year running and doing strength training. My friends thought I was crazy. Really, I ran every day. I would only go to gatherings after running. Not long after, I tried participating in an online half marathon. From initially taking two and a half hours to eventually finishing in two hours, I was happy with myself. But after a year of running like this, my weight remained at120kg.I didn't lose or gain weight. From the beginning, people said I looked strong, but later, my body became noticeably toned and slender. Weight is just a number; the change in my body is what matters. Now, I can't go without running. I have to run. Running makes me happy and excited. Once I start running, I can't stop.




In the future, I will be a running girl, running my brilliant life. I am who I am, and no one can stop me.
