As a runner, the key to a comfortable pair of shoes is very important. It can protect your feet and knees well, prevent leg injuries, or reduce pain. When the running volume is not reached, everyone may not pay much attention, but once the volume increases, you suddenly realize that a pair of shoes that can help you achieve a personal best is very important. 1. Let's talk about its weight—light as a leaf, true to its name.
I previously bought a pair of Bmai 42K, and the arrival of the 21K this time was just as fast. The black air cushion is elegant and lightweight, preventing damage during transportation. The internal air cushion also protects the shoes from deformation, just as advertised—light as a leaf.

2. Appearance-wise, they look great when worn
There's a saying that describes people, 'muscular when undressed, slim when dressed,' and these shoes have that characteristic. When laid flat, they seem large, but once worn, they look great. Even if your feet are wide and high, they still look good. No matter the foot shape, these shoes nicely interpret the beauty of a pair of sports shoes.

3. Shoe testing experience
1. The overall design is beautiful, grand, and practical.
Toe: The curved 3M design with reflective material is very noticeable under light, providing safety for night runners.
Heel: It also has a Bmai exclusive reflective logo. If you run at night, night runners can run with peace of mind, and it also looks great as a decoration during regular runs.
Upper: The upper material is PU film + mesh fabric, and the 3D printed mesh pattern is also beautiful and grand. The Bmai logo is also reflective.
Laces: They have the Bmai family mark, with orange laces and green dots, matching the sole and toe. Beautiful.
Insole: Breathable and moisture-wicking. Even under the scorching sun in the south, it doesn't feel stuffy. The first review was in the morning, under bright sunlight. After running 22K, it felt very comfortable, with no sweat on the top or bottom of the feet.
2. Lightweight and wear-resistant outsole, light and durable.
Because of long-term running, the wear resistance of shoes becomes very important. As the saying goes, without comparison, there is no harm. Since I have several pairs of running shoes, I made a comparison one by one. The results were satisfactory. The first 22K tempo run, the second 13K aerobic run segment test. The moment of truth for the outsole has arrived.
This ultra-light wear-resistant outsole design has seen significant improvement. After two runs, there was little change, almost like new.
3. New EVA midsole support, dam support structure, cushioning, making running lighter and smoother
Lightweight, good support, and cushioning. The ultra-light EVA material alleviates landing impact. Tried landing on the forefoot and heel, both provided good cushioning and support. No pressure when landing on the forefoot or heel, good ground grip, smooth running.
