craft5 inch running shorts review
For those who love running, chasing that exhilarating feeling of sweat pouring down while jogging in the morning glow or evening dusk is incredibly delightful. However, the same sweat that brings exhilaration also brings the awkwardness of completely soaked underwear. Is there any good gear that can completely rescue runners from the embarrassment of wet underwear?
Today, I will share with you my personal experience with this magical gear:
Codoon user @PingShanBenYan, an amateur runner with 3 years of running experience and weighing 75 kilograms, I am honored to be one of the testers for the Craft Essential series 5-inch running shorts from the Danish sports brand, available at the Codoon Trendy Products Store. I couldn't wait to try them on the day I received them.
The initial feel is three 'supers': super thin, super soft, and super light. Having worked in clothing sales for many years, I can tell from the even stitching that this is a well-made product.
The crotch and waist areas use breathable fabric, which helps in the timely expulsion of sweat.
There are reflective logos on the outside to enhance visibility. The waistband is made with a wide elastic band, ensuring it won't flip no matter how you wear it.
There's a small zippered pocket at the back, presumably designed for a phone, but I recommend using it for keys, tissues, or change, as it's not very comfortable with a phone inside.
It has a quick-drying triangular lining. It's said that many marathon runners don't wear underwear and just use these shorts. Personally, I usually wear boxer briefs, and the triangular lining provides strong coverage for the hips with anti-exposure elastic edges. Wearing it alone feels tight on the hips, but pairing it with boxer briefs is comfortable. It offers a good balance and special care for the groin area, with no chance of chafing.
I ran two half-marathons in these shorts, and the skin-tight feel was very comfortable. The airflow inside the shorts was excellent, keeping me very fresh! Functional gear from a big brand is indeed different. With ordinary running shorts, after 10 kilometers, they would be soaked and sticky, making it very uncomfortable. These are my personal experiences, shared for those who love sports.
