First of all, thanks to Codoon for the opportunity to experience this pair of running shoes firsthand.
There is a saying in the running community: 'Runners come with a halo.' Since we come with a halo, how can our gear be too low-key? Black whirlwind is the most common color in my running gear, and the Bmai Mile21K Lite running shoes also come in black.

The first time I wore these shoes, I ran 13 kilometers on the road. Put them on and run! The average pace was 5:45 per kilometer. Initially, I didn't dare to run too fast, fearing discomfort, but this concern was unnecessary.
Bmai shoes have a very thick tongue, and after tying the laces, they don't feel tight on the feet. The laces are also very secure. I recommend using the normal running lacing method, which involves tying the last eyelet for double security, preventing the laces from coming undone while running. This is a basic need for runners. It's very frustrating to have to stop and tie your laces during a marathon. Speaking of laces, another advantage is the innovative design of placing the eyelets for fixing the tongue on the outer edge, which is more effective than conventional designs. As a group of runners, they understand the common pains of runners better.
The shoe's upper is made of mesh, providing excellent breathability. Overall, the shoe has good wrapping, and the upper is wide enough to prevent squeezing. The heel part has a supportive design, offering good protection for the heel and ankle. Both the toe and heel parts have reflective strips, which are effective and add to the aesthetic while enhancing safety during night runs. However, it is suggested that the reflective strips could be slightly wider.
Overall, the Bmai Mile21K Lite Professional Road Running Shoes are excellent. I love both their appearance and functionality. However, the downside is that the anti-slip performance is average, and they are a bit heavy. The sole feels slightly hard, and my size 42 shoes weigh over 240 grams. If they could be lighter, they would be perfect.
