On July 1st, China Merchants Shekou, in collaboration with China Merchants Charitable Foundation, Codoon, Free Lunch Fund of China Social Welfare Foundation, and UNESCO's 'Teach for China' project, successfully held the 'Love Walk' charity walking event themed 'Walk Out the Power of Love' at the Qingdao High-tech Zone Net Valley - Intelligence Island! The event attracted numerous walking enthusiasts who participated with great enthusiasm and received widespread support and acclaim.

By 9 AM, nearly a thousand participants had gathered at the China Merchants Net Valley Marketing Center, ready for a 6-kilometer short-distance health walk.

Before the event began, Li Shengming, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Shekou Qingdao Company, delivered an enthusiastic speech, filling the walking enthusiasts with anticipation for the Love Walk event and giving them a sense of China Merchants' grand vision and development prospects.

Following Mr. Li's passionate speech, the walk officially started at 9:30 AM.

Along the way, walking enthusiasts either walked or ran amidst the beautiful scenery where the sea and sky met. Family groups held hands, overflowing with childlike fun. Four energy supply stations were set up along the route to cheer on and support the walking enthusiasts.

As they moved forward, the cheers and shouts of encouragement from the walking enthusiasts echoed continuously. Their faces beamed with joy as they experienced the happiness of walking, letting go of all stress, freeing themselves, and getting close to nature.

Many walking enthusiasts, including entire families, walked under the scorching sun without complaining of fatigue. They also participated in stamp collection activities at the supply stations, having a great time.

After a festive walk, the walking enthusiasts unknowingly reached the finish line. They showcased their beautiful smiles in front of the camera at the finish line, dedicating their efforts to the 145th anniversary of China Merchants. Meanwhile, the champions of the Love Walk event were announced, bringing the event to another climax during the highly popular award ceremony!

While the lucky winners received their awards on stage, the walking enthusiasts offstage were not left out. The organizers awarded Love Walk medals and I walk dolls as commemorative prizes to those who completed the entire route and collected all four stamps. The event concluded successfully amidst cheers!
