craft functional sports shirt review
First of all, I would like to thank Codoon Trendy Goods Store and CRAFT for giving me this opportunity to review. For a sports enthusiast like me, having a CRAFT functional running T-shirt in the hot summer is the best thing ever.
CRAFT was founded in Sweden in 1977. Initially, it produced functional underwear for Swedish Royal Air Force pilots. This unique fiber fabric was continuously improved and proven to have excellent sweat-wicking performance during intense exercise, maximizing body comfort. By the late 1970s, it was applied to various winter skiing events and achieved great success. Today, CRAFT continues to innovate based on sports underwear, developing high-quality professional functional sportswear suitable for various sports. CRAFT also pioneered the three-layer dressing principle: the first layer is breathable and sweat-wicking underwear, the second layer is mid-layer clothing made of microfleece fabric, and the third layer is an outer jacket that is windproof, rainproof, and cold-resistant, effectively wicking sweat and keeping the body dry.
Six-channel fibers: CRAFT's fiber structure uses six or four grooves in each microfiber to achieve rapid moisture wicking. Both the blue label and green label close-fitting layers and running/cycling products use six-channel fiber material. Body hotspot technology: Mesh breathable layers are used at body hotspots such as the underarms, back, and lower back to quickly wick sweat, keep cool, and help the body maintain a comfortable temperature range for optimal performance. Ergonomic cutting: The ergonomic cut ensures no restriction during exercise. 360-degree visibility: CRAFT's running and cycling series products use multiple reflective details and fluorescent color stitching to achieve 360-degree visibility, enhancing safety during night training.
To determine if a product is good, it must undergo field testing. For a sports enthusiast like me, summer training is indispensable every year.
On July 23rd, I went for a morning run wearing the CRAFT running T-shirt for the first time. I initially planned to run a half marathon. During the run, I felt a noticeable difference compared to my usual running T-shirts. Normally, in the hot summer, I would start sweating after three kilometers, and after five kilometers, the T-shirt would stick to my body, making it difficult for sweat to evaporate, causing discomfort. However, while wearing the CRAFT T-shirt, it absorbed sweat from my body surface, wicked it to the fabric surface, and quickly evaporated, taking away some heat and keeping my body dry. After the half marathon, I felt great and decided to run 30+ kilometers. This was my first LSD (Long Slow Distance) run since the April Hanma Marathon, completed at a pace of 5:53 per kilometer. After the long run, the front of the T-shirt was slightly damp, and the lower back could be wrung out, but it did not stick to my body and felt unrestricted.
On July 27th, I went for a cycling experience, targeting the Tongzhou Grand Canal Forest Park. I initially planned to ride about seventy kilometers. I love cycling, speed, and excitement. Wearing the CRAFT T-shirt while cycling, I felt a breeze passing by, giving a feeling of having built-in air conditioning. My condition was noticeably better than usual, so I decided to ride a hundred kilometers. Due to the forward-leaning position required for cycling, the back of the T-shirt would stick to my body during long rides, but a slight lift would quickly separate it and return to normal. This time, I actually rode 103.38 kilometers. If I had a more professional CRAFT cycling jersey, the effect would be even better.
On July 29th, I wore the CRAFT running T-shirt to participate in the Sanfu Outdoor Xiangshan 10-kilometer trail run. Trail running is very different from road running, requiring a trail running backpack for the entire race. Especially during the summer ascent stages, sweat flows profusely, and the T-shirt quickly wicks sweat. However, due to excessive sweating, the latter half of the race felt damp but did not stick to my body. After finishing the race, the T-shirt quickly dried and returned to normal, while my regular sports shorts were still wet two hours after I got home, showing a significant difference.
The CRAFT functional running T-shirt has been recognized by runners worldwide, making you feel comfortable during exercise and helping you achieve optimal performance. I am very fortunate to own this CRAFT running T-shirt, which helps me run happily and enjoy the joy of sports during the hot summer.
If you love running, this CRAFT running T-shirt is definitely worth having. I hope the price is not too high, and the packaging is of high quality, making it worth owning for more runners. Additionally, there is a round hole at the back of the T-shirt's neck, which should be for threading earphones, making it very practical.
