First of all: Thanks to the Codoon platform and the hardworking Codoon staff, as well as the provider of the AYE all-terrain running shoes for the review. Based on trust, I am fortunate to join this public review of the AYE all-terrain running shoes.
The review of the AYE all-terrain running shoes is mainly based on actual experience and feelings:
1. Appearance Evaluation: The AYE all-terrain running shoes come in a complete pull-out box packaging with a very unique design; inside the box, there are complete tags and an extra pair of shoelaces. The color combination is also quite appealing with blue, and the overall streamlined design is good. The size is the same as the usual Adidas and Nike sizes, fitting well.
The midsole of the shoe features a distinctive rib support structure of varying sizes, enhancing the sole's support function. Combined with the thermoplastic TPU, it provides excellent rebound, offering great protection for the foot.
2. On the morning of March 26, after a light rain, the road was wet, the temperature was 12 degrees, with a light breeze. I ran 15 kilometers in three stages. For the first 5 kilometers, I ran at a steady pace of 5 minutes per kilometer, landing on the forefoot; for the middle 5 kilometers, I ran at a pace of 4.15 minutes per kilometer, landing on the whole foot; for the last 5 kilometers, I ran at a pace of 4.55 minutes per kilometer, landing on the heel. Overall feeling: For the first 5 kilometers and the middle 5 kilometers, the sole felt slightly hard, with good grip and noticeable anti-slip effect; for the last 5 kilometers, the cushioning effect was very good. All-terrain running shoes need to show their effects more clearly over medium to long distances. Compared to my usual running speed, I conserved more energy, my feet warmed up after 5 kilometers, and the breathability was quite good.
3. On the evening of March 28, I did a 10-kilometer test run at a steady pace of 5 minutes per kilometer. With a light breeze and a temperature of 15 degrees, the ground was dry. My steps felt light, and I was in a good mood. The new shoes were basically broken in.
4. On April 3, I did a 30-kilometer all-terrain test run, starting from the park, running on roads, gravel paths, and country dirt roads. I set a hydration point at 20 kilometers. There was not much change in physical condition, the shoes had good breathability, and the cushioning effect was noticeable.
Summary: Overall, these all-terrain running shoes perform quite well. They can meet the needs of most sports activities and are not very demanding on terrain, allowing you to run freely. The wear resistance of the sole makes them more adaptable! After all, these are not traditional running shoes aimed at road running or marathon racing; their true essence lies in their ability to handle all terrains!
