1. 55kg ~ 15 reps
2. 63kg ~ 15 reps
3. 74kg ~ 15 reps (this weight should be close to your limit)
3. Precautions
1. No breaks between the three smaller sets; rest for about one minute after completing one major set
2. Before doing the fourth set, warm up with 45kg for 30 reps, and after completing the fourth set, consolidate with another 30 reps at 45kg
3. Finally, make sure to stretch and relax
