After receiving the running shoes, I first ran 11 kilometers. Now let me talk about the performance of the shoes in various aspects. The comfort and wrapping of the shoes can be rated 4 stars. They do not require a break-in period, so you can run with confidence without worrying about blisters or other issues. The support and shock absorption functions are commendable. At least after running 11 kilometers, I did not experience the forefoot pain I used to have, which I appreciate the most. However, there are pros and cons. The shoes are a bit heavy. To have good support and shock absorption, the shoes are bound to be a bit heavy, which reduces the sense of lightness during the run. The sole is relatively hard (it could also be that the shoes I chose before were lightweight, and the downside of such shoes is that they are not durable).
Running 21 kilometers should be fine, but running a full marathon might be a bit tiring. Another point, I don't know if it's because of winter, but the shoe tongue feels a bit too thick, pressing on the instep. After running 2 kilometers, I had to re-tie the laces to reduce the pressure. I personally think the laces could be slightly longer to allow for a double knot, preventing the laces from coming undone during the run. The wear resistance of the shoes is acceptable. After running 11 kilometers, the wear on the sole is not obvious.

As the number of kilometers I run increases, so do my various feelings. I have run half marathons for three consecutive years and achieved personal bests twice, but I still don't dare to try a full marathon. From initial knee pain to later forefoot pain, various problems have arisen. Consulting with experts, they said that core strength and the choice of running shoes are related.
