Testing

After running for over a year, I've been wearing domestic brands like Li-Ning and Do-Win running shoes. I tested the Bmai 21K six times, including one half marathon, totaling over 80 kilometers.

Overall Evaluation:

1. Good wrapping, comfortable feel. The new shoes require almost no break-in period.

2. The sole is thick and has substantial rebound, making it more suitable for heel strikers.

3. Insufficient slip resistance; stability on slippery roads is lacking, which can easily cause injuries.

4. Breathability needs improvement. After one half marathon, the breathability felt inadequate.

5. The cushioning effect is not good enough. After 5-6 kilometers, the forefoot starts to feel uncomfortable.
