In the future, I will bemeeting everyone in"Codoon Little Classroom".
Throwing flowers~
Alright, the first lesson of "Codoon Little Classroom" starts now.
Remember to take notes, ahem.
Christmas Eve and Christmas are coming soon.
To welcome this holiday that has long been taken over by couples,
today, I will teach everyone a
Christmas must-have trick—
“Kabedon”
Kabedon is an action often seen in shoujo manga, anime, and dramas. A male (or female) corners a female (or male) against a wall, placing a hand on the wall with a 'don' sound, leaving them with no escape. This shortens the distance and brings bodies closer, making the girl (or boy) blush and greatly increasing the chances of a successful confession. It has become a popular 'confession trick' nowadays.
Oh my, so domineering!
So, when you think of kabedon,
what image comes to your mind?
This?
This?
Or...This?
Doesn't it make your face blush and heart race?
But,
many people, like me,
eat, travel, and wander around alone.
For us 'single offenders', does it mean we can't play kabedon?
Of course...
not!
Now, follow the steps of my admired
@Luo Xiaoyicoachto practice a few moves#Solo Kabedon
Wall push-ups
1. Stand facing the wall, arms extended with palms on the wall, body naturally leaning forward, keep abs tight and chest out;
2. Bend your arms and elbows, bring your body closer to the wall, naturally lift your heels;
3. Push yourself back to the starting position with straightened arms, keeping abs tight and chest out throughout the movement.
Personal tip:
Treat the wall as your closest partner, show your masculinity (or inner tough girl), and 'stick to it' dominantly.
Wall squats
Have you heard of a ghost story called "Back to Back, So Comfortable"?
It's about someone who, while sleeping,
always hears noises under the bed every night.
One day, he couldn't take it anymore, jumped out of bed,
lifted the sheet, and looked under the bed.
At that moment, he heard a chilling voice...
"Back to back, so comfortable, back to back, so comfortable..."
Did it scare you?
Wahaha
(Voiceover: You're supposed to teach kabedon! Kabedon!! What are you talking about?!)
Alright, the second move iswall squats
Learn from @Luo Xiaoyi
1. Stand with your back against the wall, keep abs tight and chest out, eyes looking forward, knees bent at 45-90 degrees, ankles and knees vertical, feet flat on the floor.
2. In the position from step 1, lift your heels to reduce the contact area with the floor, increasing the difficulty and exercising your calf muscles.
3. In the position from step 1, lift your left (or right) leg, performing a single-leg squat to increase the difficulty.
Personal tip:
If you can't do these standing, lying down might be a good alternative...
Standing rows
1. Extend your arms, grab the wall with both hands, keep abs tight and chest out, and lean back naturally.
2. Bend your elbows, pull your body back to the starting standing position, and tighten your back muscles.
Personal tip:
Imagine you're hugging someone, not the wall, not the wall, not the wall...
Move 4: Wall plank
1. Support yourself with straight arms on the ground, feet pushing against the wall, tighten deep abdominal muscles, and hold a plank position.
2. Lift your feet higher, push against the upper part of the wall, forming an inclined plank, holding for 30 seconds to 1 minute to prepare for the next step of handstands.
Move 5: Wall handstand
1. From the wall plank position, move your feet further up the wall, and your hands 10-15 cm away from the wall, keeping abs tight and chest out, forming a handstand facing the wall.
2. Support yourself with hands 15 cm away from the wall, kick up with one or both feet, letting your feet rest against the wall, forming a handstand with your back to the wall.
Move 6: Wall handstand push-ups
1. Support yourself with hands 15 cm away from the wall, kick up with one or both feet, letting your feet rest against the wall, forming a handstand with your back to the wall (as shown above).
2. Bend your arms, lower your head to 5-10 cm from the ground, then push up with force, straightening your arms into a handstand position.
Personal tip:
While doing these three moves, you can play a song on your phone, like Jay Chou's "Snail", "I want to climb up step by step..."
Important notes:Do 15-20 reps per set, 2-3 sets
