[Group Introduction]: The Codoon Beijing Temple of Heaven Running Group has collaborated with companies like Li-Ning Yiji, Let's Run, Yingdong Sports, and Perfect Travel. We have organized events such as summer glow runs, Qixi-themed night runs, physical education classes at Beijing University of Technology, single dog rescue runs, night runs after snowfalls, Temple of Heaven horse runs, and Xiamen online marathons. We've also participated in group runs at Tianma, Chengma, Shangma, and Birdma, and volunteered for the Xishan New Year Cross-Country Run. We have professional running coaches (Coach Zhang Lei—nickname: Thor) who lead warm-ups, post-run stretches, and physical training, and answer questions runners may have. Sometimes, they also teach running knowledge and self-defense techniques.

During each regular run, many members voluntarily bring snacks like pancakes, fruits, chestnuts, yogurt, chocolate beans, and roasted sweet potatoes. Of course, we also have our moments of whimsy, like night runs after rain, night runs after snow, and runs with masks during smoggy days.
