running and your distance only differs by a simple x3 watch
I received the Codoon watch a day before going to Qinghai to participate in the Gangshika Trail Race. Liu Chao said, 'Candy, let's go for a run. I'll treat you to the gym.' (That's how quirky the expert is).
Thinking about it, I went to the gym to test the treadmill. Curiously, I unboxed it.
Tomorrow is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're going to get.

The black box is simple and mysterious, with a square, ceremonial feel.
Peeling off the outer film, the drawer-style box opens to reveal a watch, a strap, a data cable, and a back-charging charger.
Everything is black, just like running, full of ceremony.
The strap is orange, my favorite color—passionate yet steady, like the mindset needed for endurance sports: calm, tactical, and very patient, like a leopard waiting to hunt.
Another look: after peeling off the film on the surface, it reveals a shiny, smooth surface that feels tactile, making you want to touch it.
The X3 has a relatively rugged surface and a larger diameter. On a man's wrist, it fits perfectly, while on a woman's wrist, it gives an oversized look. It looks great even on non-running days, suitable for both hip-hop and office attire, and it constantly monitors your heart rate, keeping you aware of your health.
It looks great with an office look too!
The surface is touch-sensitive. I wore it while jogging 5 kilometers in the gym on a typhoon day. Despite the muggy weather and being drenched in sweat, my fingers could still adjust the screen and click modes without slipping or malfunctioning. The surface remained clean.
In running mode, the watch monitored real-time heart rate, pace, stride length, and cadence—everything a runner cares about. I wore two watches for comparison: the data from the Coros Apex and the X3 had a discrepancy of only 29 meters over a 10KM run around West Lake, which is excellent.
The X3 is as cute as the Codoon app. When the running mode is activated, it even counts down: 3, 2, 1, go!
The most impressive feature of this watch, in my opinion, is its excellent battery life. To test this, I wore the X3 to participate in the 60K Gangshika Trail Race in Menyuan, Qinghai.
Woke up at 4 AM to set off.
Boarded the plane at 6 AM.
After a whole day of travel, I finally arrived in Menyuan in the afternoon, and the battery was barely consumed!
I charged it overnight to see the final consumption. Fully charged, I set off.
The journey was tough, but the rapeseed flowers were beautiful. While running, I occasionally checked if the watch was still timing.
Hmm, almost forgot, the X3 has an auto-lock feature. No matter how you move, unless you long-press the screen, the watch won't stop. Over the 50+ kilometers, my heart rate fluctuated by 5 beats due to the movement of my arms.
The distance discrepancy was 90 meters, which is understandable because I was too excited after the race to turn off the watch. The recorded distances on both watches were the same. You can see it from the time.
The calorie consumption difference was significant because the COROS Apex didn't have my weight and height settings. However, after a few days of comparison, the daily consumption value of the C was higher than that of the X3.
I also wear it while dancing daily.
The watch is very stylish and matches any outfit, perfect for someone with OCD like me.
Life is actually this simple: steps, consumption, and the reassuring battery life of the watch.
After returning to Hangzhou from the Gangshika race, I didn't charge my phone. A week later, after a morning run, the battery was still at 12%. At this rate, running a 100KM trail race would be no problem.
A sports watch provides you with the most intuitive data. The X3 is like a perfect doctor, giving you the most needed data in a rigorous and concise manner, offering the longest battery life and the best value, just like the Codoon app that runners can't do without. Together, they help you run farther and longer.
