Many runners believe that running is a simple aerobic exercise and that they can start running as long as they put on running shoes, thus neglecting strength training. However, for those who love running, insufficient muscle strength can easily lead to sports injuries.

Precautions:


1. While maintaining your regular running volume, you can add core strength training 1-2 times a week.


2. Perform each exercise 20-30 times, with 3-5 sets each time.
