7-Day Challenge:
Each week from Monday 0:00 to Sunday 24:00 is one activity period.
Participants must fill all three Apple Watch rings daily.
Complete the daily check-in to earn a daily badge.
Collect all 7 badges in one period,
and you can get an Apple T-shirt.
There are 4 different T-shirts to collect over 4 periods.
The three ring goals are:
1) Fill the Move ring by reaching your active calorie goal;
2) Fill the Exercise ring by doing at least 30 minutes of brisk activity;
3) Fill the Stand ring by standing and moving for at least 1 minute in 12 different hours.
Vitality Challenge:
Each week from Monday 0:00 to Sunday 24:00 is one activity period.
