Sitting in a taxi, looking at the shallow night outside the window, I couldn't help but squint my eyes slightly, letting sweet imaginations fill my mind.

Set high goals, you can never estimate the extent of a person's potential. If you set limits from the start, you might never have the desire to break through. I want a run where I push myself until I can no longer move.

My thoughts jump to April 14th, Wuhan Marathon. Spring in Wuhan is like all four seasons, so brilliant. Running on the East Lake Greenway, whether it's sunny or rainy. Although it's the third year on the Hanma track, every cell in my body dances to the music. Running freely by East Lake in Wuhan, my heart leaps with every flower and green leaf. Only at this time can I relax, just wanting to run freely. I've never been a strong person, can't handle setbacks or blows, having gone through so much. Running bravely against the wind, finally, my tiny strength bursts forth.

Giving up and persisting happens in an instant. I actually gave up running this year's Hanma because we supposedly have a small group of runners who spread viruses. The top three in Hanma were all having runny noses. Just when I was glad we weren't all wiped out, I was too happy too soon... Truly sharing blessings and hardships together, no doubt. On the morning of the 14th, I suddenly received a screenshot from a running friend, instantly pumped up. The content was a photo from the Hanma runners' meeting and a piece of text about my running. Although strangers, we felt familiar because of running. Sometimes the feelings between people are very subtle. Thank you for your support all along.

Wuhan is truly a blessed place for me, and Hanma always brings surprises. Enjoy every run, enjoy every race.

The warmth remains, hope never fades, March 31st, Chongqing Marathon.

Having endured the cold winter, I began to seriously collect the spring light. The new scenery along the way seemed familiar. Running at the confluence of two rivers... watching the city's prosperity, enjoying every minute and second.

I found that the world is getting noisier, only when running can it become quiet. But there are always people who consciously or unconsciously disturb this peace. On the track, I kept meeting some lovely people, but there were always unsatisfactory things happening. Around 20km, my mind was a mess, I couldn't listen to or understand any words. It felt like in the moment of shouting out the inner flame, I almost lost my sanity, my mind went blank. I deeply realized how important track etiquette is. Whether in life, work, or on the track... please don't easily disturb someone who is trying hard to run. The distance to the finish line was getting closer, but the reality felt so far away.

This might not be a bad thing. After experiencing some things, you slowly become calm. Because you know, unnecessary panic will only make the situation worse. Try to simplify life, block out irrelevant noises, stay away from people who make you unhappy, and only the present beauty and purity will remain, making everything clearer and brighter.

We are all running hard for our youth, for our goals.

Just want to thank those of you who once captured happiness for me, just want to thank those of you who silently put in effort on the track, just want to thank those of you who persistently chase your dreams.

I still remember your faces, recalling them still brings happiness; I still remember your smiles, that happiness is real in my heart.

The wind blows a small flower, the flower blooms lonely, I tremble for it, tear-like droplets roll off the petals like tears.

I softly say, come into the space of my heart, it's vast, bright, and lacks vitality.

We will all become more and more lovable in the things we love.

I don't think about where I can run in the future? Where will I run to? What will I experience? What kind of beauty will I encounter, and what kind of tests will I face? Just keep my head down and keep going, do my best to move forward, occasionally look up at the scenery that keeps retreating, and grow stronger bit by bit in the alternation of day and night and the four seasons. I always believe that the harder you work, the luckier you get. After putting in all my effort, I don't expect surprises every time, but at least it won't be too difficult. Thank you for being at the finish line, that's enough.
