Hasty and brief, with all kinds of smoke swirling around...

But entering the race results feels calm!

I wasn't excited, just took some selfies to commemorate the moment.

I quietly moved to the side of the road, running this course for the third time

It feels both familiar and strange. Just run as I always do.

Even with my head down, I kept getting patted on the shoulder

Ah! You guys run ahead, I'll take it slow today.

Together? Oh, alright.

I was caught and joined in. Running together is just fun.

The expected pain came faster than I imagined

Maybe the morning painkillers were wearing off

Maybe it's because I haven't run in 10 days, and the injured spot got triggered again

Stop, whether it helps or not, spraying some medicine should provide temporary relief

Watching the backs of runners disappear into the distance

Once again, I'm left alone in my half marathon





10 days of zero mileage,

If I don't run, I'll die. If I run, I won't die!

Excitement and pain coexist

Took painkillers and started my third half marathon

The pre-race plan was to finish in 2:30, but I gritted my teeth and finished in 2:19

The marathon party is always full of chance encounters and shoulder pats

Watching wave after wave of runners sprint away happily

I'm still left alone to endure the pain

That's how marathons are; you can conquer them,

But you must never disrespect them,

Or they will give you the most painful lesson!

Clearly, it's so painful, why can't I give up!

Because only after you've run... will you understand...
