comfortable to wear fine craftsmanship 1more review
First of all, I would like to thank the library sister for giving me the valuable opportunity to review this product. I've been running for over a year now, and my gear is getting more and more complete. Previously, to escape the monotony of running, I bought a pair of Bluetooth earphones, the QCY QY7, priced at 89 yuan on JD.com. Although they were cheap and the sound quality was acceptable, they had a fatal flaw: they were uncomfortable and painful to wear while running, and they would fall off! This problem troubled me for a long time until the review room released this product for review. It was like discovering a new continent, and fortunately, my wish came true.
No comparison, no harm. After receiving the earphones, I immediately put them on. The bullhorn-shaped outer ear tips are comfortable to wear and are now mainstream equipment. I didn't change the in-ear tips and used them directly, which was quite suitable. This is exactly what I needed.
Let's do a simple review from the aspects of unboxing, appearance, sound quality, and wearing characteristics:
The packaging is exquisite and compact, and the placement of the earphones is tasteful. The packaging is thoughtful, showing the style of a big brand. Inside, there are two separate boxes: the top one contains the earphones and multilingual manual, and the bottom one contains the data cable, different sizes of outer and inner ear tips. Below is the 'family portrait'!
The earphones come with inline controls and an integrated microphone, which is a common feature in most sports Bluetooth earphones, and the iBFree is no exception. Its inline control has three mechanical buttons for controlling music playback and calls, with a layout that matches the mainstream. Next to the three physical buttons is an indicator light. When you press and hold the middle power button for 3 seconds, the signal light will flash red and blue. After a successful connection, it will turn off. When there is audio playback, a blue breathing light will appear. When charging, it will light up red, and turn off when fully charged. The inline control also has a USB charging port with a cap, which takes only 2 hours to fully charge the iBFree, providing about 10 hours of talk time, 8 hours of music playback, and a standby time of up to 240 hours, 1.5 times that of ordinary Bluetooth earphones. The back of the inline control has a mic hole. It is worth mentioning that the iBFree is sweat-proof and splash-proof with an IPX4 rating. Its inline control shell is made of integrally molded high-grade engineering plastic, with no gaps between the buttons, and the internal Bluetooth module is coated with a nano waterproof coating to protect the internal circuitry. If you encounter sudden light rain, you don't need to worry, just keep running! Additionally, the end of the earphone wire has a cord adjuster to adjust the length of the wire, preventing it from bouncing while running.
Sound quality:
After getting the earphones, I specifically downloaded the 1MORE Assistant app to burn them in. I downloaded lossless audio for testing. The iBFree's three frequencies are relatively balanced, with high frequencies being transparent and clean; mid frequencies being natural and detailed; and low frequencies being full. During this time, I ran 10 kilometers with them, and for the last three kilometers, I played 'The Running Song.' The fast rhythm of the song unconsciously matched my stride frequency, resulting in a pretty good pace. This is the magic of Bluetooth earphones: when you're bored and exhausted while running, a timely energetic song can instantly boost your energy. Haha!
Summary:
Advantages: Beautiful appearance, excellent craftsmanship, comfortable to wear, long standby time, fast Bluetooth connection, and good sound quality.
Disadvantages: Mine is black, not flashy enough.
