20 runner jumps — 30 plank jacks — 40 quick shuffles — 30 plank knee taps — 30 jumping jacks. After completing one set, rest for 1 minute before starting the next set. It is recommended to do 3-5 sets daily. Stick with it, and you will notice a significant change!
