Since childhood, I have loved various sports such as skiing, dancing, swimming, etc. Now I have fallen in love with running and fitness.

 



In about a year, I successfully lost 22 pounds. When I first started working out, I felt very uncomfortable every time and had countless thoughts of giving up, but in the end, I slowly persevered. Through fitness training, I found that I am stronger than before and in better spirits. I think losing weight should be done for oneself, based on one's physical condition, and a reasonable and healthy weight loss plan should be made. Now, I can say that I am a fitness enthusiast. I read articles about exercise and healthy food every day and am considering learning to be a fitness coach, which I find very interesting.



 

This year, I ran my first 10 kilometers; I used to only be able to run a few hundred meters. This year, I have the strength to do standard push-ups, which I couldn't do last year.
