What can you do in 3 minutes? Make a cup of coffee, browse a news article, but at Codoon Academy, in 3 minutes, you can learn four practical basic movement exercises: cat crawl, duck walk, parallel step, and Vajra pose. These exercises are especially suitable for doing at home!

1. If you are a beginner, follow the text prompts in the video to standardize each movement!
2. It is recommended to do each movement 15-30 times, 3-5 sets per day.
