How to choose running shoes:


1. How should beginners choose the price range of running shoes? My suggestion is to buy some mid-to-high-end running shoes because these shoes have a relatively high internal structure and technological content, which will provide a certain degree of protection for beginners.


2. Additionally, choose the right shoe size. The shoes need to leave a space of one finger, about one centimeter, which is equivalent to two sizes larger than usual. If the size is not chosen correctly, then buying even the most expensive shoes is meaningless. Whether you are a running novice, an intermediate runner, or even a professional runner, only by choosing the right series can you run farther, healthier, and more scientifically.


3. It is recommended to wear a pair of running shoes that have been broken in for more than 100 kilometers. If you run a marathon in new shoes, it may cause discomfort, blisters, chafing, or even serious sprains due to insufficient break-in.
