Hello everyone, I am a combination of a goddess and a tomboy. My codoon nickname is @Shen Xiyan. I am 168cm tall and have a slightly chubby figure weighing 56kg. My fitness motto is 'I believe the meaning of life is not just the struggles in front of us and the struggles far away. Food, fitness, and travel are indispensable parts of my life.'

 

It's often said that food is the biggest enemy of a good figure, but as a foodie, I can never control my mouth. Three years ago, I was a chubby girl whose greatest joy was indulging in food with friends. Exercise was a fantasy for me, something I thought would never be part of my life. As I recklessly enjoyed the pleasures brought by food, my body became increasingly bloated. Friends started calling me 'Little Fatty' instead of 'Xixi' or 'Little Xi.' Although I pretended not to care, there was always a sting in my heart when they called me 'Little Fatty.' Strangers on the street would give me strange looks, and shop assistants would look at me with disdain when I tried on clothes. These unequal treatments motivated me to change.

 

So, I made up my mind to get a membership at a gym near my home and decided to change my situation through exercise. I mostly declined invitations to dine out with friends, and even when I did go, I controlled myself to eat only healthy foods. After six months of effort, my body underwent a significant transformation, and my friends admired my persistence.




Although my figure is still not perfect and I remain a foodie, I have learned to control my weight through a balanced diet and to achieve beauty through exercise. I have gained health through balanced persistence. Now, let me share some of my personal exercise and diet tips with you!

 

Balanced exercise tips: Choose the exercise method that suits you. Due to a lack of exercise, I didn't start with high-intensity workouts. Jogging and the elliptical machine were the best choices. As my stamina improved, I gradually increased the intensity and variety of exercises, balancing and strengthening my body's endurance. The effects of exercise became increasingly evident.
